1. How much time is spent online?

 

The idea of Love of Learning Green GLOBAL is NOT to spend loads of time online, in front of a screen.  All of the projects are hands-on and environmentally based and completed in your environment.  The amount of time spent online is completely dependent on how each individual family chooses to use the global forum.

 

2. I already follow a full-time homeschool curriculum.  Will I be able to fit Love of Learning Green GLOBAL into my schedule?

 

Many of the families involved have a full-time homeschool curriculum they already follow.  Love of Learning Green GLOBAL is meant to fit in easily to current homeschooling plans as a dynamic addition.  Families are free to pick and choose how much each week they wish to participate in.  Many find that adding global interaction and learning has added incredible value to their homeschooling situations.

 

3.  Is the forum private?

 

Yes.  The forum we use is completely private and open to members only, invited soley by Sarah.

 

4. Do I have to post videos and photos?

 

No.  Some families choose to only interact with text and illustrations and this can still be very dynamic.

 

5. I am traveling and sometimes have poor internet.  How will this affect my participation?

 

There are many flexible options for families which include picking and choosing the weeks you wish to participate in.  Please see our 'get involved' page for more information!
